As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from goods bought in the online store within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Fill in the withdrawal form on this same page (no sign-in required) or write to mailis.kess@gmail.com. We will send you a confirmation with the date and time without delay.

Returning the product

After withdrawing, send the product back within 14 days. The product must be unused and complete, in its original packaging, retaining its value. The direct cost of return (postage) is borne by the buyer.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you have returned it.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised (e.g. items sewn with a name or to the customer's request).

Non-conformity of the product

If the product is defective, in addition to the right of withdrawal you have the right to turn to the seller within 2 years. To do so, contact mailis.kess@gmail.com.
