Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to contracts concluded between the Mailisepood (registry code 12578508) online store and its customers.

General

The seller is Mailisepood (registry code 12578508), address Kivinuka tee 5, Vääna-Jõesuu küla, Harku vald, Harjumaa. Contact: mailis.kess@gmail.com. The buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order in the online store.

How to order

To order goods, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The amount due is then shown, which you can pay via a bank link or another payment solution. Before confirming, you can change the data entered in the cart and on the form; if you discover an error after placing the order, contact us immediately. The contract is deemed concluded once payment has been received and the seller has sent an order confirmation by email.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The final price, including the delivery cost, is shown before you confirm the order.

Payment

You can pay in the store via the payment methods shown on the page (kaardimakse (Montonio), järelmaks (Inbank), Montonio pangalingid). Payments are mediated by the payment service provider (for bank links and card payments, Montonio Finance OÜ). When a payment is made, the payee is the payment service provider, which is not a party to the sales contract between the customer and the seller. We forward the personal data necessary to carry out the payment to the payment service provider (see the privacy policy).

Delivery

Products are delivered by the method chosen when placing the order. The specific delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and is shown when completing the order; we will notify you of any exceptions (e.g. a product not in stock) as soon as possible. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon handover of the goods (or to the person responsible for their delivery).

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, fill in the withdrawal form or notify us by email. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice; we refund within 14 days of receiving the notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return.

Filing complaints

The consumer has the right to turn to the seller in the event of a defect within 2 years of receiving the product (Law of Obligations Act). Notify us of a defect as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 months of discovering it. Submit the complaint by email to mailis.kess@gmail.com, including the order number and a description of the defect. We respond as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days. If the product carries a sales warranty, the warranty terms also apply.

Dispute resolution

We resolve complaints by agreement where possible; write to mailis.kess@gmail.com. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. The contract is concluded in Estonian.

Changes

The terms that applied at the moment the order was placed apply to that order.
