Activity blanket for toddlers. Size 140 x 140 cm. Extra large and cheerful, full of exciting fiddling and discovery fun. The blanket has many fun, child-friendly pictures for developing finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. For example, a sun with ribbons, three-dimensional flowers, windmills, a sheep made of lambswool fabric, pockets with surprise pictures, etc. There's enough activity to last a long time, a child's joy is also mom and dad's joy. Material: cotton fabrics, the sun and sheep are wool fabrics. Fabrics are pre-washed. Plenty of quilting stitches keep the blanket in shape even after washing. Filled with plush batting (polyester). The blanket is machine washable, on the wool wash program. It is recommended to use a laundry gel that keeps fabrics soft even after repeated washing. For brightly colored blankets, it is recommended to add a color catcher sheet to the machine. *** Why does a child need handiwork, i.e. fine motor skills? Fine motor skills are the coordination of hands and eyes, and the dexterity and precision of finger movement. A small child interacts with the world through their hands, begins to perceive, sense, and engage with their surroundings, discovering the nature of objects and phenomena. Grasping movements develop first. Through this the child learns to correctly determine an object's location in space, i.e. direction and distance, and to take into account the size and shape of objects. This is how perception and visual-motor coordination develop.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, products bought from the online shop have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive them. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items made specially to order cannot be returned.
How do I care for woolen and linen products?
We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we're happy to make products to order — for example in the colour, size or with the embroidery you want. Get in touch and we'll talk through your wishes.

Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
