Activity blanket for babies and toddlers. Size 145 x 145 cm. On request, the child's birth details can be added to the blanket. The blanket shown in the photos has been sold; the new one is made from slightly different fabrics. I will add correct photos as soon as possible. Extra large and cheerful, full of exciting fiddly details and the joy of discovery. Fun, child-friendly pictures made from fabrics with different textures help develop the child's finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination: crinkly details, colorful ribbons, mesh-fabric pockets, and more. There's plenty to keep a child busy for a long time - a child's joy is also a joy for mom and dad. Material: cotton fabrics, crinkly materials inside the details, fabrics with different textures. The fabrics are pre-washed. Extensive quilting keeps the blanket in shape even after washing. Filled with bulky batting (polyester). The blanket is machine washable on a wool wash program. We recommend using a laundry gel that keeps fabrics soft even after repeated washing. For colorful blankets, we recommend adding a color catcher sheet to the machine. Do not use a dryer. Do not iron! PS! The videos are of previously sewn blankets of the same model. *** Why does a child need handiwork, fine motor skills? Fine motor skills are the cooperation of hands and eyes, the dexterity and precision of finger movement. A small child interacts with the world through their hands, beginning to perceive, sense and engage with their surroundings, discovering the nature of objects and phenomena. Grasping movements develop first. Through this, the child learns to correctly determine an object's location in space, i.e. direction and distance, and to take into account the size and shape of objects. This is how perception and visual-motor coordination develop.

How and how quickly will my order arrive?
We ship orders to a parcel machine or by courier across Europe. All products in the shop are dispatched within 2–7 business days. For special orders we agree the delivery time separately.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, products bought from the online shop have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive them. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items made specially to order cannot be returned.
How do I care for woolen and linen products?
We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.

Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
