Handmade doll clothes for dolls in the length range 26-29 cm. The dolls in the photo have cloth bodies, length 26 and 28 cm. Waist circumference 19 cm. Head circumference 24 and 25 cm. The set includes: - a romper The romper has a velcro fastening at the back. Material: cotton knit. The clothes are very carefully sewn, the seams are finished, and small details are hand-sewn. The fasteners are velcro or snaps, to give the child the chance to learn to open and close them. Care: The clothes may be washed in the washing machine on the delicate wash program, in a mesh bag. Do not iron. How to measure a baby doll: lay the baby doll flat on a ruler. You don't need to account for curves at the back or around the knees. Measure the doll in a straight line from head to toe. Baby doll clothes are cut loose and long enough to accommodate its bent arms and legs. Playing with dolls develops both creativity and empathy in children. Working with small clothes and their various fasteners develops children's fine motor skills. Fine motor skills are the coordination between hands and eyes, and the dexterity and precision of finger movement. Fine motor skills are important for a child's development of perception, attention, memory, thinking, speech, and also reading ability.

We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.

Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
