Handcrafted modern children's backpack, travel bag, kindergarten bag for girls and boys. The bag has a pocket with a window for taking your child's favorite toys - dolls, cars, stuffed animals - to kindergarten or on a trip. The children's backpack is light, soft and durable. The bag can be carried on the back, on the shoulder or by the handle. The straps are adjustable in length. The bag closes with a zipper. The children's backpack has 4 pockets inside. On the outside of the bag there is a transparent pocket with a zipper and a pocket for a drink bottle on the side. The height of the girls' bag with a window pocket is 23 cm. Bag dimensions: height 54 cm, width 32 cm and bottom 20 x 12 cm. Material: laminated fabric, water-repellent material. Cotton lining. Recycled or zero waste product, sewn from large-scale production residues.

How and how quickly will my order arrive?
We ship orders to a parcel machine or by courier across Europe. All products in the shop are dispatched within 2–7 business days. For special orders we agree the delivery time separately.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, products bought from the online shop have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive them. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items made specially to order cannot be returned.
How do I care for woolen and linen products?
We recommend washing woolen and linen handmade products by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, and drying them laid flat. Avoid hard wringing, heat and the tumble dryer so the item keeps its shape and colour.

In my work I place great emphasis on quality and sustainability. I mainly sew handmade products for the home, office, kindergarten, school and as gift bags, using leftovers from large-scale production and materials sourced from second-hand shops (upcycled/zero-waste).
Mailis Design products have supported various youth sports and cultural events, scouts and the local village society, Tallinn Zoo, children with cancer, homeless animals, large families and more.
