Pot holders, eight-point star, red
Handmade patchwork-technique pot holders make a lovely gift for any home. They create a festive mood both in winter and summer. Dimensions 24 x 24 cm. Material: cotton fabrics, filled with thick cotton batting. The eight-pointed star, or eight-pointed cross - a light-radiating cross - is widely known in Europe as a magical symbol of good luck, and as a symbol of love and fertility. It was also known as the symbol of Venus, the morning star - a symbol of light against darkness. As the symbol of the North Star, it serves as a directional guide, showing both the main compass points and the intermediate ones such as northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest.
